Hardaway Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the HealthyOne Response mobile application (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address and authentication credentials, collected when you create an account (via Supabase Auth or Apple Sign-In).
- Personality assessment data: Your responses to the Big Five (OCEAN) personality questionnaire and the resulting trait scores.
- Anger incident logs: Trigger descriptions, intensity ratings, breathing technique used, and timestamps that you voluntarily enter.
- AI coaching interactions: The prompts sent to our AI coaching engine and the responses received, used to provide personalized conflict coaching.
- Subscription status: Your in-app purchase and subscription information, managed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment details.
- Usage analytics: If enabled, basic anonymized analytics such as screen views and feature usage (via PostHog).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalized AI conflict coaching based on your personality profile.
- To track your emotional regulation progress and display insights over time.
- To manage your account, authentication, and subscription.
- To improve the App experience through anonymized, aggregated usage patterns.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring that only you can access your own data. All data transmission between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services

- Google Gemini / OpenAI — AI coaching response generation. Content sent for coaching is not used to train their models.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (personality assessments, incident logs, and coaching history) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the App.
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App’s Profile screen or by contacting us.
- Export your data upon request.
Children’s Privacy
HealthyOne Response is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
