These terms cover Healthy Faith: Bible Study, published by Hardaway Labs LLC. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1 What the app is
Healthy Faith is a Bible study app: a reader with Strong’s word study, guided paths of scripture for hard seasons, a private journal, reading challenges, narrated scripture, and AI-assisted sermon notes.
2 Subscriptions and payment
Reading the Bible, word study, guided paths, and the journal are free. A Healthy Faith subscription unlocks the paid features described in the app at the time you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google, not by us. They renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices may vary by country and may change; we will tell you before a change affects you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3 Scripture texts
The King James Version is in the public domain. Other included translations are used under the terms their publishers grant. Scripture text is provided for personal study. You may quote and share passages as those publishers permit; you may not extract or redistribute the bundled text as a dataset or as a competing product.
4 AI-generated content
Answers, sermon notes, and reading plans are generated by AI. They are grounded in scripture by design, but AI can be wrong. Treat everything it produces as a study aid to be checked against the text, not as authoritative teaching, doctrine, or counsel. Test it against scripture and against your church.
Narrated audio is machine-generated speech, not a human reading.
5 Not counselling or medical care
Healthy Faith includes scripture for discouragement, anxiety, grief, doubt, weariness, and temptation. This is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis care, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now. In the US you can call or text 988.
6 Your content
What you write in the journal is yours. It is stored on your device and we do not claim any rights over it. Because it stays on your phone, we cannot recover it for you if you delete the app or lose the device — back up anything you would be sorry to lose.
Content you deliberately send us to process — a sermon link, a question — is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to send us anything you submit.
7 Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to attempt to extract the bundled scripture or lexicon data in bulk, to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or to evade the limits that keep it affordable to run. We may suspend access that does any of these.
8 Availability
The reader works offline. Features that depend on our servers or on third parties — Ask, narration, sermon notes — may be unavailable or interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.
9 Our intellectual property
The app, its design, its name, and its original written content belong to Hardaway Labs LLC. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of anything.
10 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardaway Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
11 Ending your use
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. To delete data we hold, see the account & data deletion page. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.
12 Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
