1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HealthyOne, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these terms.
2. Description of Service
HealthyOne is a meal logging and nutrition tracking application available on iOS and Android. The App provides:
- Voice & Text Logging: Log meals by speaking, typing, or searching our food database
- Photo Analysis: Photograph meals to automatically extract nutritional information
- Calorie & Macro Tracking: Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and other nutrients
- Heart Health Tracking: Monitor cardiovascular metrics and health indicators
- Recipe Discovery: Search, discover, and save recipes
- Progress Monitoring: View charts and analytics of your nutrition progress
Features are provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Accurate information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Account security: Maintain the confidentiality of your password and credentials
- Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use HealthyOne
- Unauthorized use: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription & Payments
Free Features
- Basic meal logging and calorie tracking
- Access to our food database
- Progress charts and analytics
Premium Subscription
- Price: $9.99 USD per month
- Auto-renewal: Renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Billing: Charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android)
- Management: Manage or cancel through App Store or Google Play Store settings
- Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle
5. User Content
Content you create or upload (meal logs, photos, recipes, health data) is "User Content." You agree:
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content
- License: You grant HealthyOne a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's services
- Responsibility: You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
6. Intellectual Property
- No reproduction: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of HealthyOne without written consent
- Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use
- No reverse engineering: Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
- Third-party data: Food database and nutritional data are provided under license from third-party sources
7. Health Disclaimer
Important: HealthyOne is a personal wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Informational only: All content and recommendations are for informational purposes only
- Estimates: Calorie and nutrient values are approximations and may vary based on portion size and preparation
- Consult a professional: Before making dietary changes, consult a qualified healthcare provider
- Medical conditions: If you have allergies, medical conditions, or take medications, seek professional guidance before changing your diet
8. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to meal reminders and account notifications.
Message Types & Frequency
- SMS messages are optional and low frequency (typically 1–3 per week)
- Messages include meal reminders and account notifications
- Messages are non-promotional and transactional in nature
How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe
- Or disable SMS in the app: Settings → SMS Notifications

Costs & Privacy
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
- HealthyOne does not charge fees for SMS messages
- Your phone number is used solely for delivering opted-in notifications

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No indirect damages: HealthyOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Limited liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Service availability: HealthyOne is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted, error-free service
- Data loss: While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to User Content
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the App or our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
